For selected world icons the Bureau issues no decision at the list price. It declares the sealed-envelope method: applicants file sealed envelopes and, after the deadline, the committee opens them and draws up a protocol. This board states for which icons proceedings are running, and until when.

Forefather Čech claimed the surrounding land from this hill and forgot to ask for the sky. His file has been queuing since the 7th century; as the applicant has failed to appear, the Bureau is auctioning the parcel. The queue can now be skipped by envelope only.
Bratislava, SK
A UFO-shaped observation deck with duly authorised landing protrudes into the parcel's lower boundary. The Bureau releases the parcel to auction and clarifies that the permission covers the UFO, not the successful bidder — who need not land at all, the sky being theirs already.

The highest parcel in the Czech Republic: the sky is 1,603 metres closer from here. The Bureau still waives the surcharge for the shortened commute — the auction will take care of the rest.

This parcel was reserved for lovers. The Bureau lifts the reservation by auction and keeps a single privilege in force: from here one may leap toward the parcel privately, not only on official duty from the ski jumps.

This parcel starts 138 metres lower than its surroundings, making it officially the deepest sky on record. The Bureau releases it to auction; echoes return from here bearing the filing stamp, and for sealed envelopes the same is arranged in complete silence.

The photographic evidence of romance is still being processed and will not be handed over — the successful bidder is expected to produce their own.

This parcel was reserved for lovers and reports peak traffic every 1 May. The Bureau lifts the reservation by auction; the reserve heart-shaped clouds remain Bureau property and continue to be deployed, at no extra charge to the successful bidder.
Bratislava, SK
A parcel overlooking three countries. The sky does not recognise borders; the Bureau merely keeps them on file — and now puts the parcel to auction. The successful bidder acquires the sky above one castle and the view into two foreign countries at no extra charge.
The board states time limits and the opening price. The Bureau never publishes the amounts offered — not even once the proceedings have ended.
