Notice of the Bureau

The meeting takes place in Leo, above the star Regulus, high in the south before dawn. It is the closest planetary meeting in the period under review; the Bureau was not invited and claims nothing.
Pursuant to §11(4) — Stars: “Stars visible from the parcel are non-transferable. Shooting stars do not count toward the parcel area; wishes are non-refundable.”
§14(2) — Overflights: “Overflight by aircraft, satellites, and the International Space Station does not constitute disturbance of tenure. Waving is permitted and encouraged.”
