The Bureau keeps the page as a specimen of what a company gets for its emblem — real pages look exactly like this, only with your name and your team on them. The parcels of the figure are shared out among the team: a small company gets a parcel per person and the rest is held by the company as shape, a large team shares the parcels. The specimen shows it as it really is — lower down the schedule.

The schedule is abridged: the Bureau shows 15 parcels of 145 — the people on the list and a sample of those bearing the company's name. The specimen company has 12 people, so 12 parcels carry a person's name and the remaining 133 the company's — they are the shape of the figure. On a real page it is the same, abridgement included — and the full schedule sits behind the link below it.
The extract shows holders' first names only. Surnames, e-mails and dedications have no place in a public register.
An A4 with seal, the figure itself and a schedule of the parcels it is made of. The Bureau issues it once for the whole emblem — for framing at reception.
